W.R.E.T.C.H. (Warrior Recon Extraction Terrorism Control Hawks) is the umbrella that saves the world from other worlds and evil secret things that get reported but covered up. Your agents are bastards, special bastards, constantly on call knowing each mission could be their last. Good luck and good hunting! A sourcebook for playing spies in Wretchploitation or other Wretched games.
Vice: Sandcove Gets the Blue Released (DrivethruRPG and Big Geek Emporium; later, there will be a POD version)
A sourcebook for Wretchploitation (or other modern-day old-school games) by Joe Coombs, inspired by 1970s and 1980s cop shows like Miami Vice, Mission Impossible, Hill Street Blues, The Avengers,Cagney and Lacey and Magnum PI.
The RPGPundit reviewed Wretched Country and… he didn’t hate it. He actually liked it. I think this is a pretty good sign, he can be a bit harsh in his reviews. Well, go watch the video and, if you think it’s worth it, pick up Wretched Country.
If you purchased Wretched Bastards at DrivethruRPG or Big Geek Emporium, you can now download The Seven Bastards scenario for free. If you haven’t purchased it yet, well it’s a good reason to do it now as it includes a free 76-page scenario.
Years ago a group of lewd and rowdy adventurers, collectively known as The Seven Bastards, was expelled from the village of Fork for their belligerent and salacious ways. But when consecutive bands of orcs start coming down from the mountains south of the village, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake, the locals find no support in their lord, Windom, the Earl of Andril, too distracted with the mysterious disappearance of his young daughter to care about any other trouble. The villagers turn to the only ones who can help them in a time of need, the Bastards.
The Seven Bastards includes:
– A detailed location – the village of Fork – complete with NPCs and enough plot hooks for several sandbox-style adventures
– Seven pregenerated characters
– More information about the Wretched Bastards setting, the world of Antillia, including antagonist factions and ancient history
– Carousing activities for Bastard characters
– Using cards as a random event/ encounter generator
NOTE: This pdf is now free to donwload when you buy the Wretched Bastards core book

KNUCKLES OF STEEL – RELEASED (pdf at Drivethru and BGE, PoD coming later) Knuckles of Steel is a blaxploitation scenario for Wretchploitation (or other contemporary OSR games) and the second in a series of modules taking place in Crime City, the fictional metropolis introduced in Sexual Holocaust.
The adventure is pretty straightforward: A triad crime boss kidnaps his former girlfriend’s sister and uses the hostage to persuade Lois, a model and aspiring actress, to marry him against her will. However, Lois still has a card up her sleeve: A group of brave, determined and wretched friends willing to help her no matter the odds. A situation like this could be solved in a one-shot, but Knuckles of Steel provides plenty of plot hooks and non-player characters and places in Hammettville.
A couple of weeks ago, the Red Room received an award from a local gaming con, Rolisboa. We found it a bit strange, as we know the people involved in it are mostly wokists; but we do have some friends in the Portuguese role-playing community and didn’t want to be rude, so we accepted the award. Apparently, the wokists made a very amateurish mistake: They forgot to do a background check on The Red Room. Meanwhile, they found out we are “on the wrong side of History” and the award was taken away! I suppose they were afraid to endanger their partnership with woke game publisher such as Magpie Games and Evil Hat (with sponsors like these, no one needs enemies!). Anyway, remember when they say cancel culture is a far-right myth. Yeah, yeah… It isn’t.
Sexual Holocaust, the horror scenario that DrivethruRPG would only allow if censored, is now available for FREE at Big Geek Emporium, with a new cover, new layout and naughtier AI-generated art.
So what is Sexual Holocaust? For starters not as “problematic” as I made it sound… It’s mature horror, it’s NFSW, but if you are alright with exploitation horror, you’ll survive it.
This 78-page scenario takes place in a fictional town, Hammettville, known among its inhabitants as Crime City, and it should be set from the early 1970s to mid-1980s, as those decades are more in line with the kind of horror movie being emulated. As with every other Red Room scenario, this is a sandbox-style adventure with enough information and plot seeds to last from a one-shot to a small campaign.
So why are we giving it away? Let’s face it, to sell an independent, niche, mature horror scenario that we can’t even sell at the largest online RPG store is difficult… So, we better turn it into a marketing tool. If you like it, please consider looking at other Red Room products. We promise there are fewer nipples in all the others!
Knuckles of Steel is a blaxploitation-style scenario for Wretchploitation (or other contemporary OSR games) and the second in a series of others taking place in Crime City, the fictional metropolis introduced in Sexual Holocaust. As an adventure, it is pretty straightforward: A triad crime boss kidnaps his former girlfriend’s sister and uses the hostage to persuade Lois, an African-American model and aspiring actress, to marry him against her will. However, Lois still has a card up her sleeve: A group of brave, determined and wretched friends willing to help her no matter what. A situation like this could be solved in a one-shot, but if you want to prolong it, Knuckles of Steel provides plenty of plot hooks, non-player characters and places in Hammetteville.
