Wretched Époque takes place in the period known as the Belle Époque, which is dated between 1871 and 1914, ending when World War I started. This issue of Wretched Verses contains the first part of a series of fictionalised accounts of a Wretched New Flesh game, a more detailed description and a random table of encounter for the Mediouna high-class neighbourhood of Avalidad and additional information about Holovision Prime and its shows.
